I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this bug but Manic skill of vena plaga does not work at times. It just won't activate but sometimez it does. No matter how many times I press the key to where it is set in my case on "C" key, it just doesn't activate. It happened in pvp but mostly during pve.
