hi, I wanna ask about the chapter 3 quest vandar, what do I have to do next? is it misplaced or what? I have attach the pict also, according to that I must deliver the pouch to the Jeokwolyang, but when get to the marker he isn't there? what do I have to do next? is It bug or else?

I have the same issue as well. I've tried searching for Jeokwolyang but I was only able to find the NPC not the quest chacrater and I can't submit the pouch to her. I've been experiencing this for the past couple of dayss
