I am uncertain whether or not this happens anywhere else, but there's a (random) chance that whenever you activate the transformation skill, that your game will "freeze" at a certain frame and prevent you from doing anything at all. You are forced to terminate the application via any means necessary to fix this.
More specific information:
This happens at Crash Site Perimeter Master difficulty.
This also seems independent of where you are in the level and whether or not you have Falcon or any buffs.
I downloaded the game from Steam, if that means anything.

Sometimes while under Crossbow Link, the explosive projectile won't trigger (you will make a firing sound, but nothing goes out), and other times the explosive projectile won't deal any damage to enemies in range of it.
