    Description:
    So I put money on my account solely for the purpose of purchasing the Awakening costume, but I was not able to. I waited to get a response from Cherry Credits who replied with a "We will forward your ticket to EYEdentity, please wait for a response." Which is when they closed my ticket. So I submitted another ticket with the same exact response and closure of the ticket. What is going on with this?
