Just recently hopped back on my Lunar Knight and I'm noticing the skill Moon Blader isn't reducing Smash X's cooldown when it hits things anymore. Still says it's supposed to in the description though. Curious if this was intentional and the text was never changed or what? I wouldn't think it would be intentional but I had to say something and find out for sure. -Thank you.
