Visual Bug/Glitch

So the first issue I noticed is when creating a char. everything is blank:

Second there are no portals:

Third, The catacombs map in entirely blank

Also my MP stays at 50,000 and doesn't drop.

Redownload and reinstall. Remove mods if you use.

Thank you, that solved my problems. I didn't have any mods though.
