Ulti CS bug + buggy/super fast WhirlwindEX

It was bad before this patch. Now I'm personally experiencing it more frequently.. At random with any amount of fury after 30, it'll go to cast Ultimate CS, but fail and cast as a basic circle swing.
Also a basic cast of Whirlwind EX has increased speed, and looks super buggy as a result.
Can any other Barb confirm this?
