The game dont load every time i clear a dungeon/nest

Every time i clear a dungeon/nest the game stop loading in the nest details screen, the game dont continue with the selec reward screen. The first time i think was my internet, but it's reiterative and with my brother we tested the internet while he play another online game and i play Dragon Nest simultaneously, and the internet was not the problem
