Didnt recieve the full golden egg event reward for one of my chacter

So I open a total of 8 chacter of golden egg ofc 30 of them each and only this one IGN MochaCoffee didnt get the 30 egg reward. Also this chacter when i was buying the last egg the cash shop bugged and my ec was gone but I didnt get the egg so I had to charge another 5 dollar the next day.
