Unable to Do Damage/Cast abilities

I understand that after reading a few forum posts my character HippoXXX may have been flagged for botting. I was running some Green Dragon Nests to start spamming guild points for around 45 mins before it happened. I completely understand why you would have a system in place to detect botting, but why make a "nest" that you can run unlimited amount of times give 65 guild exp? Its faster then any feasible way to get guild exp with or without party members. I feel like most botters either are trying to sell gold or run abyss dungeons that drop materials that actually make money.

I was just wondering do you only get flagged based on time in a dungeon and if that is the case i've run hours of zephyra plains helping friends level at a decent speed around 1:15 and never had anything happen.
