Spirit Dancer's CM 1 Bug w/ Dervishes

Here's a short 20 second video that explains and shows the bug:

Basically, Spirit Dancer's Class Master I says "When you have attained 10 [Seconds Turn] points, cooldown of [Spirit Dance] type of skills will be recovered by 30% when you cast [Illusion Gaze]." However, Awakened Whirling Dervishes is unaffected by this (yet it is a [Spirit Dance] type of skill).
