Cant Equip Progressive Goggle Set on Fox

My fox is maxed level and I can't equip Progressive Goggle Set on it.

Message reads: Cannot Equip. That item is not for that ally.

same here. this just started after the game patch. i logged in and went uhm...where are my goggles?! why cant I use my goggles!?
