I cant sign in to dragonnest after the transfer

So like the game keeps telling me I cant log in and I know I transferred the game.
It keeps saying my ID and password do not match and while the paper I wrote it on is missing I am pretty sure I am remembering it right and I have tried every thing I would have used for the game.
Is there any way I could recover it?

having the same problem friend. I'm 100% positive I completed the transfer yet I can't log in.

send nexon a ticket about it there will manual do it though i could take 3-4 days for a response im still waiting

You need to sign up with it and I believe you need to do it from the main website not just sigh up on forums.
