this has been happening since the release of awakening. It goes off but deals no damage laser bubble is not consumed but it goes on cd and it isnt constant but random and last infinite amount of time
and i know bad grammar xD

This has been reported in the past and a GM said they would check on it, also this isn't just you having the same problem but your evidence could help in fixing it....
so it was a good idea on posting.
