Healing Chakra Action Speed Plate Not Working

First shows the speed without the crest (they're the same speed). Then, I put on the Action Speed crest and compare the speeds again (THEY THE SAME ).



My team NEEDS my SUPPORT in RESPAWN but I can't DO THAT if I'm sitting there SLOWLY gettin MP ...

I've never played Assassin before, but I believe this crest only increases the speed of the initial casting into floating position. Can't really confirm with your video, but if you could check that out it might help for understanding!

Unless this was a secret intentional change, the AS crest has always increased the speed of all parts of the skill. You can even YouTube search Healing Chakra AS plate and you'll probably find a few.
