Probably Wrong Place but meh - Event Calendar error

So I know this is probably for in game stuff only but I need explanation regarding the calendar since there seems to be several errors looking at repeated dates as well as repeated weeks.

There is two "4th" weeks and after 9/7/17 it goes back to 9/1/17 for a few days. I'm lost in this translation so I placed it here.
