Account blocked issue

Hi, I'm noticing that I'm not the only one going through this, but my account got blocked from DN today and I have no idea why. Some have suggested that a refund attempt will automatically ban the account, but that is not the case for me.

If any of the GM could help me resolve this, I'd very much appreciate it. My account email is formrpokeball4@gmail.com

I am also having the same issues i made so many tickets and i messaged a GM about this problem nothing happened i didn't do anything wrong i don't see any reason why they have to blocked my account
