Controller Problems

When using the custom controller Layout I cannot use the Left Stick Up (LS UP) on my Xbox360 controller. LS UP will map to anything, but when I try to use it in game it does nothing. if I use the basic controller setup which uses LS UP as the same mapping that I would use it for it works though? I've tried re-installing the game, restarting the game after switching to it, totally removing LS UP from any of the key binds then putting it back on and none of it has worked. Anyone else having a similar problem?

FIXED I had to totally wipe all of my keybinds out. restart the game and redo all the keybinds
