2nd Password Reset: VERIFICATION FAILED

I just recently transferred my cc account & everythig was going smoothly until I realized I forgot my 2nd password.

I'm trying to reset it and did all the steps indicated on the site but when I click on reset 2nd password, a pop-up that says 'verification failed' appears and redirects me to the site.

Hope someone can help me. Thanks!

no that's a different issue completely.

I'm having issues changing my 2nd password and no post similar to mine have been responded to nor resolved.

I meant that since you seem to be from SEA (or are having problems with SEA verification), you might wanna try posting in the SEA part of the forums.

NA tech support tends to be me just telling people to reinstall the game :^(
