background + stage problem

hi everyone, I just finished downloading the game and when I started playing noticed that the background was a bit buggy as they see it in the photo . When the game sends your player to town, an error appeared on the screen saying "initialize stage failed" so how can resolve it whitout re downloanding the game? because 2 attempts did not work.
someone have the full client to compare it?
