Game won't open

Using windows 10. 64 bit
Just started the game or, at least, trying to start the game. I downloaded it and installed it. When I hit game start, the window closes and the game never opens.

Might as well post this again so it's on the front page of the Tech Support:

If you're unable to launch the game after this patch, try rolling back your XIGNCODE3 files.

You could also try restoring Windows to a previous version (it worked for a handful of people) though it was not recommended.
