Can't login to the game

So, I left for a while and decided to come back recently, but I cannot login with my old information. I didn't change anything, and I can login to the Dragon Nest site just fine, but when I use my credentials in game, it says the username/password does not match 1001.
Is there something causing this issue?

I am trying to login to the actual game client.
I can login to the forums and the official site with no problem.
