PatchInfoServer.cfg download Failed!

Basically title is what I get from the log as to why I can't launch the game. Any suggestions?

The game launches then crashes on the page with Irine and the poochums!

OK So I got it to work by deleting everything and manually downloading everything... but now after the opening cutscene I get hit with a, "Cannot connect to the login world" error. This is seriously driving me nuts.
