Fail to initialize launcer. Error code: [10007] [100]

Greetings,

As the title says, suddendly im getting this error and dunno what to do anymore. Already (manually) uninstalled the game, fresh install it with both of the options availables in the website (.zip and .exe), with no luck. My net connection is working perfectly and btw i'm able to open the game in my laptop. I couldn't find anything in reddit nor this forum about this error code so it would be awesome if i can get some help with this one:
