Friend is having problems with downloading patch 733 in the launcher. Her internet connection is perfectly fine. She uses the Steam version of Dragon Nest. Both the official launcher client and the steam client result in this issue. The DNLauncher log is attached. DNLauncher_20190723.txt The errors occur near the end of the log.
She has tried;
Reinstalling
Restarting her computer
Both client versions
Changing her DNS
We have read in similar forum posts that manual patching can possibly solve this issue, however, we do not know how to apply a manual patch, nor do we know where to find them for the launcher version she needs (733).
Does anyone have a solution? We are hoping to at least patch the launcher, as we do not know the main cause of the issue.
