my game suddenly had this error i have been playing for two or three days now, what can be the problem for this? "failed to initialize launcher 10004 702"

Same here, mine went out yesterday at about 7pm EST and couldn't get back in. Some other players were able to play a bit longer but when the game ended could not login again. Looks like something server side probably all them bots that were in arena. -

also having this issue i sent a email for the 1:1 assistance and havent gotten help yet. if anyone figures out how to fix this please let me know
