Greetings administrator,
I encountered an issue regarding the Chronicle Character event for the North American version. In order to submit that issue I clicked on the Support > 1:1 Inquire button and addressed it.
One week later, I get a response:
Excuse me? Why is CherryCredits, the publisher for the SEA version handling tickets? They are not even aware that the Chronicle Character event lasts until November 24 for the North American version.
I don't expect an answer seeing there is almost no activity from the administrators here on the forums, but I am really disappointed.
Apparently Eyedentity cannot handle it so they're leaving it to the CherryCredits staff with no knowledge what's happening in the North American version.
