"1:1 Inquire" button on website references to CherryCredits customer service

    Greetings administrator,

    I encountered an issue regarding the Chronicle Character event for the North American version. In order to submit that issue I clicked on the Support > 1:1 Inquire button and addressed it.
    One week later, I get a response:

    Dear Player,

    Thank you for contacting Cherry Credits. Please note that the duration for creating a Chronicle character has ceased. Unfortunately, the create feature for this character has now been disabled.

    We apologize that we are unable to assist with this issue due to system limitations.

    Excuse me? Why is CherryCredits, the publisher for the SEA version handling tickets? They are not even aware that the Chronicle Character event lasts until November 24 for the North American version.
    I don't expect an answer seeing there is almost no activity from the administrators here on the forums, but I am really disappointed.
    Apparently Eyedentity cannot handle it so they're leaving it to the CherryCredits staff with no knowledge what's happening in the North American version.

    What was your issue?
    Yes Cherry Credits is helping NA.
    Did you tell them that you were from the NA branch?

    If your problem is that you are unable to create one, that may be because you are limited to creating one chronicle character, regardless of if you delete the previous one or not.

    If it is that you got stuck, just relog.

    That is the only guess that I have about your issue, everything else should be easy.

      they said at the beginning of the server transfer that CC would be assisting ED with running this server. this shouldn't come as a surprise if you were paying attention to the information that the devs actually presented to you.

        My issue is that I accidentally deleted my Chronicle Character because of a typo. I contacted customer service and they agreed in recovering my Chronicle Character.
        However, I do not get any updates and they are closing all my support tickets. CherryCredits has to be one of the worst customer service I ever encountered.
        It is astonishing to see that they are closing my tickets without even keeping me up-to-date. I can't even rate the specific ticket because they closed it.

        So far my Chronicle Character has not been recovered yet and I don't expect that will happen given how poorly they're handling this situation.

          Yeah, I doubt you would get it recovered due to the disclaimer they had, and anything they told you might of been a mistake or a misunderstanding I'd actually be shocked if they went, and recovered your Chronicle character because then they would have to do it for everyone who made a "mistake" which could even lead to people abusing their kindness to profit.

          I would just make a new account if you want that chronicle.
