Switched net providers.

Game client wont even open. Explain?

Update: dnlaucher for NA and Eu doesn't open at all. Redownloaded about 5 times. Tried with steam for na. No luck. The typical non working blue icon in the files launches and opens but the one to connect to the game doesn't for either version. Tried my old net provider and my new personal net provider. Doesn't open at all.

Hey, I'm not entirely sure of what's going on with your issue. If your old net provider isn't working, then its probably not the net. Try downloading and installing the game through this link: http://forum.dragonnest.com/forum/su...ng-dragon-nest Make sure you delete your old DN folder first.
If this doesn't work, try disabling your antivirus when starting up DN or starting up DN w/ no other programs running.

Hey Smokes, I haven't really been able to post on your thread for a couple days for some reason nor have I been able to post on your profile. I'm not entirely sure of what's going on with your issue. If all that doesn't work, try sending me a screenshot of your DN folder and I'll try to make sure everything is the way it's supposed to be (try to make sure the size of each file in it is displayed).

Also, the GMs don't come down to technical support very often, but I'll try to help ya best I can, if you're willin to hang around for a bit longer.

This has been no problem for DNSEA, NA or EU got no idea about.

Still nothing. Devs responded telling me to reinstall. Even tho ive done so about 12 times. Literally no support whatsoever.
