opening screen goes black and no sound

i'm having a difficult time trying to login into dragon nest and when i go into the opening screen all i see is the world list and i hear no music at all and all i see is a black background where it is supposed to be a library and when i go to my character selection screen i don't see my characters at all after that i see saints haven and then their is a error message every time i try to log in to this game ED has to fix this issue please

Perhaps a file became corrupt causing your game to not load properly anymore. Have you tried reinstalling DN? That seems like it'd be a good way to try to fix this.
