Hi. I'm new in this forums. usual duing Cherry Credits time, whenever I got some issue. I file ticket to their suppor team thru email. now I'm lost.
anyway. I got issue about the rebate. attached is the account details of mine. as of the moment still didn't get any reward from my Special Storage.

I need immediate actions with this. since the reward claim is just up to April 1.
