How many Artillery players are aware Rapid Shot action speed buff?

Linked is the post I posted this morning. I have just found out the reason of some action speed increase playing as Artillery. Please share your experience, for example you are a Artillery but you do not experience this feature, or you are a Sniper and in a similar situation where certain skill activates action speed increase but the buff is not written in skill description etc.
