What's the deal with Artillery?

What's the deal with Artillery?! They still didn't fix the bug? where you don't deal any damage unless you leave the dungeon (only willow kick deals damage) ? it's kinda frustrating when you're in a boss part then suddenly no damage :3 = =

i experience this bug too before multiple time and the only way to solve it is leaving the dungeon/nest. im not sure about willow kick, but the only skill that i can do damage with this no damage bug was scope arrow. Imagine not having any damage in a pub gdn party at the last stage and all you do is pretending to hit the dragon
