Guardian as Tank Position in PVE ?

Is Guardian still available as main tanker on PVE ??

its rare to see Guardian because by having Destroyer as main tank is enough...

and is it true that Guardian on the brink of extinction in PVE ?

Just curious about Guardian standing in PVE ....

Just play characters you are most interested with
gear up, and everybody loves you (get a good Guild, they will definitely bring you to nest/raid.. make sure you are geared though)

p/S: I still see Guardians in PvE / PvP scene, very rare though.

Because of the alternatives of picking a Destroyer than a Guardian on a Party for Nest or Raid Nest, Guardian's tend to be more of an outcast rather than being superior to the Destroyer Class considering Destroyers has way more attack power and better buffs and passives than Guardians since they focus more on their defensive capabilities than DPS, Destroyer on the other hand has more offensive skills so they tend to outshine the other tank class in the game.

To sum it all up Destroyer is more often a better choice, the Guardian Class is effective as a class because of their Block, so in a matter of determining who will be the last man standing, Guardian class wins.

IMO all 3 Tank class in the game are jumbled up on their skill role, since Guardian's tend to be more on Defensive, while Destroyer has more offensive, and a lot tankier but has less supportive skills than the Guardian, and Defensio tends to be in between since because of additional buffs applied to oneself and party members.

All in all, Guardian is the superior tank, but not in DPS, Destroyer is Superior as a Tank Class because of their dps but doesn't entirely fullfill the role of Tank that supports their party member good enough than the Guardian (Guardian Force, Provoke then Stance of Faith provides better counter attack measures) Defensio seems to be out of the picture, rarely on action.

Guardian is still viable and a valuable asset in a party nest/raid if you're in a party that knows what they are doing (guildies, friends), but if you're gonna be on a random party with random strangers then if you're a guardian, you might get kicked out if they see a destroyer searching for a party to raid or nest.
