guys how do I do Front Shove so fast? every time I try to use my character jumps back. I've been watching some videos of Gladiator and I've noticed that they do not jump back, they move forward with the sword as if this were an instant skill.. what do I need to perform Front Shove correctly?

Left click at the beginning of the skill. To use awakened hold back direction key and click.

Sometimes jumping back is good though since its an iframe.
