Gladiator Question

So what should i keep improving on the stats on my gladiator how much element do i need to get a good damage?
Also should i go for those elemental gear first like abyss earrings and costume?

I suggest come and check nvLite 's Elemental Conversion Jades (click here to view), also try to set your gold into Rune > Medea gears or just directly aim for Rune L gears, get Epic Costumes & Good Set W/T/D/N if you wish to get good dmg. There are lots of things you need to do to get your ' good damage ' expectations, and right now its hard if you have only 1 char for farming.

I will suggest you to play more characters to understand the game better before trying to "maximize" your char.
