Really it's a Bug? I really wish It's just a bug because when I found out that the CD is increased to 15 secs it just gave me another reason to quit this game(don't plan on changing class or making new character)

Well I'm expecting it to be fixed after today's maintenance but knowing Eyedenity Dev's past track record it'll be a month long wait(even a couple of months)
I'm done with this Game
