Destro Flying Swing EX cool down, previously 6 seconds to 13 seconds
Destro Ring Bomb EX cool down, previously 11 seconds to 22 seconds

Barb Circle Swing EX cool down, previously 12 seconds to 22 seconds


Please fix this skill bug asap.
Warriors are lack of DPS especially in the nest, this is a must skill we needed so please notice this one. thnx a lot!
