Hacking Stance became terrible after Awakening?

After the Awakening patch reaches for Warrior, Sorceress and Archer, the Gladiator's main skill Hacking Stance became less than a utility dps skill. Should I keep it at level 1 for pure PVE build?

Yeah just leave it at 1 if you are pve-ing. The other glad skills have such short CD that you wont have time to use hacking stance at all.
