Is there any hope for hacking/phishing victims in DN-SEA?

Hello everyone, to cut to the chase, recently i have been "hacked" by a method that requires your IGN,E-mail and contact number and am now quite sad.I also have to admit I was deceived into giving this information but sadly i really knew no better. It's been two days now and DN-SEA support has yet to assure me of any action to recover my account and characters since the moment i got logged off the game i no longer had any access whatsoever. Two days is plenty of time to suck an account dry and so I would like to ask if there is at all any hope for me a victim or should I just give up dragon nest

Most probably there's no hope for it.
After all you also admitted it's your fault for falling to that trick.
I've also read here that ED doesn't give back whatever items that have been hacked.
You could read other forum topics so you could be sure about it.

Just consider it a lesson learned. If it's too good to be true it most likely is a scam.
There's no such thing as "fast" or "easy" anything. You have to work hard for anything and this doesn't apply only in games.
