You will have to add a screenshot of his IGN to link him in-game with conversation that led you outsude the game. Otherwise you are just scammed outside the scope of the game and the matter is only between you and this person.

ED will not check if it does not involve EYET or EYEC. This one does not mention anything lost on EYET, it involves a topup with Cherry Credits. Not ED's problem.
