I noticed that Cure Relic EX no longer has the relief effect for disabled debuffs (e.g. Bind, Frozen, Time-stop).
Am I missing a memo lately that it's no longer able to work in these states?
It's already hard enough to play Saint as is without getting SA broken and floored almost every few seconds or indefinitely in PvP.
