Relog will fix that.
If not mistaken, it happens when you leave a party while people are still rolling for the loots or something, not 100% sure about it though or if there is another cause of that bug.

What you said was correct. This issue was discovered very very long time ago. Someone already reported the details long ago, still unaddressed up to this day.

Ohh.. I remember, I was with a party for leveling at AW then right after the run, I left the party. Maybe that's the cause. At least I was enlightened of what could possible be the reason as to why this happened.
