You can try and send a 1:1 inquiry ticket. Had the moderator and/or GM done their job properly, though, simply reporting here should be enough...

One thing's for sure, don't count on having the bug fixed anytime soon.

That bug has been going on ever since the last Lancea (troll) early awakening update.

And yes, several players including myself have reported this issue, to no effect whatsoever. I guess EyeDentity has given up on us for good, and they don't even bother hiding it...

Hey guys,

I've been asking around about this kind of bug. Did you guys experience the same thing?
My Abyss Walker's Ultimate, Dark Conviction (Awakened) balls just went disappear when I cast Night Explosion EX on the boss.

Previously, the balls, all of them will run to the boss after got hit by Night Explosion EX and do burst damage.
I went to Battle Training Ground to confirm what I experienced in the dungeons and nests. It turn out that the skill is bugged.
