Assassin can't learn new skills - "Insufficient SP bug"

As you can see from my SS, I have enough SP but the game won't process it. Am I doing something wrong? I hope this bug doesn't stay for long :/

So this got fixed after I relogged in but reappears again after a while. I have to relog in every time I need to up a skill which is annoying.

Thank you for the report. Yeah this has been reported before so team should be aware, but only seems to happen to a few bunch of users. This is the first time I see it happen during normal gameplay tho, previous reports were on Chronicle, so I will submit another but first I need you to upload bigger screenshots. Try imgur or something, the forum does weird things to the pictures.
