The 6th November Patch that contained the PVE changes to Tempest has 2 bugs. 
Bug no.1:
For "Class Mastery III", currently, Double Somersault Kick does not give Air Current when hitting targets.
Bug no.2:
Also, previously, Double Somersault Kick was able to reduce the cooldown of Astral Illusion since it is a "Main skill" of tempest.
However, after the update, DSK is not listed as part of the main skill. This is in error.
Hope it gets fixed.
