Sometimes when i cast Crippling Punisher(before the boss spawn mostly but happens anytime as well) the buff (no effect as well the enhancement effect for Shift Blow/Izuna Drop/Artful Chaser/Awake skill(forgot the name lol) disappears after 1 second

yes, apparently there's a bug to that, for some reason the skill doesnt count the cooldown of the skill when the loading screen is up, making it looks like ready to use while its still on cooldown, so this is only happen at the beggining of the boss fight.
to prevent this, just make sure you spam your skill first, before using crippling punisher,
