Wind shaft Action Speed is reduced - they didn't say anything to the patch note that they will nerf the wind shaft so this is probably a bug.

Scar Maker & Wall Maker Conflict - When you use the Scar Maker and the [Awk]Wall Maker at the same time the Scar Maker will do Flickering On and Off buff.
