I don't get any Daily Quests when reaching 95

Try running the DQ dungeons (Chiron Beach, Abandoned Wrath, etc.) once. I heard many saying you will unlock these after you cleared the dungeon once.

I didn't know that,probably because all my characters cleared those 5 dungeons long time ago.but i know you have to clear old garden and under garden once to have dq on those 2 dungeons.

I've cleared the Old Garden 5 times (for the box) but haven't gone to the undergarden tho, thanks for the info!
