Bug Report, cause I can't receive PM Lisa Box

Had you checked if u received the level 2 box in your special mailbox?

I am here to report that I cannot accept PM Lisa Box. begins when I finish clicking the PM Lisa Box event and after that there is a notification in the form "the item is already available in your storage" and then when I check it does not exist.
