Vena Plaga Error doesnt deal damage, enemy didnt move

PVP = Enemy looked like lag, they didnt deal damage and i didnt deal damage.
PVE = Enemy moved but i cant deal damage, sometimes they dealt damage.
I Try at all dg/nest/sh training all same.

Please fix it
i had raven and it did fine. my vp char only
